1. Twice pre separator: After slitting and looping, the strips are combed neatly by the separators, twice pre separatoring after coming out from pit loop and after press roller & before tension.

2. Tension and speed measuring unit: Hydraulic wool felt plate type, the pressure is adjustable, encoder is installed on deflector roll encoding measure line speed before recoiling.

3. Overarm Separator: Installed on recoiler base, hydraulic press down, to separate strips neatly in process of recoiling.

4. Recoiler: Either seamless or open segments mandrel to make sure good recoiling, one mandrel segment has gripper to clamp strips heads, hydraulic expansion mandrel, hydraulic push slit strips out with coil unloading car supporting from underneath.

5. Coil unloading car: Backrest floor type or pit type, to unload slit coils from recoiler, then lift away by crane or transfer to discharging turnstile.

6. Turnstile: To receive slit coils from coil car, either T shape two arms or Cross four arms, hydraulic rotating, convenient for crane or forklift to take the baby coils away.
